We currently deliver across Egypt.

Ready-to-ship products are usually prepared within 1–3 business days. Delivery time may vary depending on the destination, order size, product availability, and courier service.

Shipping fees are calculated according to the delivery location and order size. Our team will confirm the final shipping cost and delivery details before shipment when necessary.

Made-to-order, customized, and MODA PRO products require additional production time. The estimated completion and delivery schedule will be confirmed with the customer before the order is finalized.

Order Confirmation

Please make sure your phone number and delivery address are correct. Our team may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm the order before shipment.

Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, the product must be:

• Unused and in its original condition
• Clean and free from pet hair, odors, damage, or signs of use
• Returned with its original packaging and accessories
• Accompanied by proof of purchase or order details

Return or exchange shipping fees may apply depending on the reason for the request.

If the customer changes their mind, selects the wrong size, or requests a different color, the related delivery and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact Petmoda as soon as possible and provide clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

Once the issue is reviewed and confirmed, Petmoda will provide the appropriate solution, which may include replacement, repair, exchange, or refund.

Made-to-Order & Customized Products

Customized products, special sizes, personalized colors, and made-to-order or MODA PRO items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or do not match the confirmed order specifications.
